All returns must be sent insured and received by us within 10 days from the date you received merchandise. There is a 30% restocking charge, less packaging, processing & postage charge. Before returning any item you must request and receive a RA# (Return Authorization Number).
Restocking fees are waived on exchanges for upgrades. Custom orders, items ordered for use at events/trade shows and/or orders for resale are non-refundable, which includes any Rush Order and all wood and glass models as well as all orders in our Plexi Division.
NOTE: All products, over $50.00, in our ” Plastic Displays ” Category have increased 15% over the posted price. The shopping cart is not able to calculate this increase on your order ” Check Out Page ” but we will make the required adjustments after we receive your order and send you a new ” Order Confirmation Correction ” via email.
Shipping Time is 10-14 days after you place your order. Rush shipping is available ( See shipping policy notes below ).
Because display cases vary greatly, shipping cost may be reduced or increased, depending on rate, destination and size of item, after your order is placed. In the event that shipping must be adjusted, we will contact you before any discount or charge.

Packaging & Postage outside of the United States is Tripled in each of the above categories. For EACH item up to $200.00 and add an ADDITIONAL $5.00 per $50.00 there after.
